SleepyGeckoStudios started during an unexpected chapter of my life. At 27, while battling cancer and undergoing chemotherapy, I had to pause school and work and suddenly had more time than I knew what to do with.

I remembered seeing reels of people 3D printing and playing with fidget toys and thinking to myself how insanely cool it would be able to print something myself. After doing some research on beginner-friendly printers, I got my first Creality Ender 3 V3 SE, and dove headfirst into teaching myself everything I could. Once I did that, using the 3D modelling skills I had built over the past five years, I designed and made my first fidget. It turned out better than I expected and quickly became an obsession. The good kind. My Ender 3 was great to me, and helped open my shop. I quickly upgraded and now use a BambuLab A1 Mini.

Now I design and print tactile desk toys that are satisfying to roll, click, and fidget with. Every design is something I genuinely enjoy creating and fidgeting with myself. If you're reading this, thank you for being here 🧡.
